I am a product designer, currently leading all design efforts at Arketa. Previously, I shaped the Clinical Workflows and Patient Experience teams at Flatiron Health.
Growing up between Florida and Korea, I’ve always been fascinated by the diverse ways in which people live, work, connect, and enjoy experiences. This perspective keeps human empathy at the center of my design process.
I studied Computer Science and Visual Design at Duke, gaining a strong foundation in cross-functional collaboration and interdisciplinary design process.
I am driven by curiosity and a mission to empower users throughout their journey by creating intentional, intuitive, and accessible experiences.
